The Last Paradises: On the Track of Rare Animals - 1967 is a German nature documentary which films the seven years of travel to every country and many National Parks in search of the extinct species, the most interesting, but endangered animals of the world. In the beginning of the film, in an animated version, there is a history of the extinct species: the quagga, auk, and dodo. From there the film shifts to the most interesting but endangered animals: Hamilton's Frog, Javan Rhino, the takake, and the dancing of the red crowned cranes, to name just a few.
