Over the past two decades, the art of yoga has turned into a phenomenon all over the world. Used primarily as a means of fitness, yoga has also been used as a form of meditation and relaxation. There exists a special form of yoga that is known as Asanas. Asanas involves several different poses and positions that are designed to achieve the maximum amount of fitness and relaxation. Some positions taught within this video include the "downward facing dog", which involves arm balance and a forward bend, and the "crane", which is designed to achieve the maximum amount of balance.
