Adam Lambert Debuts New Single 'Outlaws of Love' (VIDEO)

Adam Lambert Debuts New Single 'Outlaws of Love' (VIDEO) It seems as though Adam Lambert has been everywhere lately. First, we reported that the "American Idol" runner-up would be appearing in his own episode of VH1's "Behind The Music," revealing new details about his personal and professional struggles. Then just the other day it was announced that Lambert would be guest judging on the new teen vocal competition show "Majors & Minors" on The Hub.

There's even more Lambert news today, as the singer has debuted the first single off of his upcoming album. Lambert performed the song, which is titled "Outlaws of Love," at Le Festival Ste-Agathe en Feux...if you're wondering why that name is so French, that's because it's in Quebec.

The song seems to reflect the struggles that Lambert and other gay and lesbian Americans have been facing recently. "All of the things I’ve been talking about over the past year," Lambert told the Quebec crowd, "all of it boils down to acceptance and this is a song that I wrote about how it feels, that no matter where you go or where you turn, sometimes it feels like you’re just running from the law."

The song itself is a very melancholy-sounding ballad, which balances Lambert's other, more rock-centric style. Check out the video for "Outlaws of Love" below and listen for yourself!
