Yuen Si Si is the pampered daughter of a wealthy merchant. Living more in a fantasy world of kung fu and romance than reality, Si Si dreams of meeting her idol Qin Ge, a kung fu celebrity. When Si Si's father arranges her marriage to Yang Fan, a friend of the family, she runs away in hopes of finding Qin Ge. However, out in the real world for the first time, Si Si is starting to realize that her kung fu skills are not as great as her father led her to believe, and the men are not as chivalrous as she thought.
