The movie is about four young beautiful women who travel to London, England. They each come from a different country. Three of them are from countries in Europe, while the fourth one is from a country in Asia. Their goal is to become au pair girls, and have fun in the city.

There jobs are to live with their host families and to do work for them. This includes taking care of their children and any other household chores. The work they do gives them a small amount of money to go out and party. Along the way the girls realize that the British aren't as stuffy as their stereotypes suggest. Instead, they are just as fun as the group of girls.

Besides partying around town, they get intimate with the new men in their lives. These are the married men who they also happen to work for. They also seem to get close with everyone else they come across. The girls flirt and seduce in every situation they are put in. This causes tension as they do not seem to be getting any work done. They become threatened for not performing their duties, and it is up to them to focus on their work to stay employed and in the country.
