"Ay Jalisco, No Te Rajes" (1941) is a Mexican movie based on a novel with the same title. It's set in a rural Mexico. The main character is a young boy whose parents are murdered. He's then taken in by a farmworker and the local bartender who encourage him to seek vengeance. Years later, he has an affair with a young woman whose father wants her to marry a rich man.

"Ay Jalisco, No Te Rajes" means "Ay Jalisco, Do Not Give In!"
