Diane Boyle, Founder of Prima Pilates, has designed these HD video workouts
to optimize the stretching and strengthening of basic ballet technique combined
with the benefits of Pilates. Strength and flexibility is increased through the use of
natural resistance and focuses on improving the muscle tone of legs, hips and
abdominals. The relaxing qualities of graceful dance inspired movement and

Diane started her career at a very young age, dancing for Pacific Northwest Ballet,
Joffrey Ballet and School of American Ballet. She has also worked as a model in
New York, gracing the pages of Elle, Glamour, Pilates Style, Vogue and W magazines.
She has walked the catwalk for Ralph Lauren, Yves St Laurent, and Valentino.
Diane also modeled her dance movements under water in ad campaigns for Brizo
and Olay products. She is certified in Classical Pilates.
