Bhindi Baazaar Inc. is a 2011 crime thriller set in the underbelly of Mumbai's Bhindi Bazaar. The film revolves around a web of deceit and betrayal that exists among the local gangsters, merchants and politicians. The movie is directed by Ankush Bhatt and stars Kay Kay Menon, Prashant Narayanan, and Pawan Malhotra in the lead roles.

The story focuses on two protagonists, Fateh (Kay Kay Menon) and Tez (Prashant Narayanan), who are raised by a notorious gangster called Bhaijaan (Pawan Malhotra). Fateh has been loyal to Bhaijaan since childhood and is considered his right-hand man, whilst Tez is a hot-headed young man who, despite being raised under Bhaijaan's wing, yearns to be independent and make a name for himself.

As the story unfolds, the two friends find themselves on opposite sides of the law, entangled in a twisted game of greed and power. Fateh, who is the more level-headed of the two, is content being Bhaijaan's lieutenant and reaping the rewards of the life of crime he leads. However, Tez is not content to live in Bhaijaan's shadow and wants to make a name for himself in the underworld.

To achieve his goal, Tez sets his sights on a successful businessman named Hanif Bhai (Deepti Naval), who is known to launder illegal money for gangsters. He also enters into a romantic relationship with Hanif Bhai's daughter, Huma (Caterina Lopez), which complicates matters further. Meanwhile, Fateh is tasked with protecting Hanif Bhai's business interests, which puts him on a collision course with Tez.

As the tensions rise between Fateh and Tez, the film explores the dynamics of loyalty and betrayal, as well as the blurred lines between good and evil in the world of crime.

Kay Kay Menon delivers a powerful performance as Fateh, portraying the character with depth and nuance. Prashant Narayanan is equally impressive as Tez, capturing the volatile and reckless nature of his character with ease. Pawan Malhotra is also excellent in his role as Bhaijaan, bringing a sense of authority and menace to the role.

Aside from the performances, the film also boasts strong production values, with the gritty portrayal of the seedy underbelly of Mumbai adding to the authenticity of the story. The film's fast-paced narrative, combined with its impressive direction and cinematography, make for an engaging watch.

In conclusion, Bhindi Baazaar Inc. is a gripping crime thriller that offers a unique perspective on the world of organized crime in India. The film is well-written, well-directed, and well-acted, making it a must-watch for fans of the genre.
