Biohazardous is an action, horror-thriller movie directed by Tibor Takács and written by Evan Spiliotopoulos. The movie stars Sprague Grayden (as Maj. Anne Trayhern), David Lee Garver (as Capt. John 'Mac' McReady), and Katheryn Winnick (as Sarah). Biohazardous was released direct-to-video in 2001. The plot of Biohazardous centers around Maj. Anne Trayhern, a military virologist who is called upon to investigate a strange virus that has appeared in a small town. The virus seems to be making people crazy, causing them to act out violently and irrationally. As the virus spreads, Trayhern becomes increasingly convinced that there is something more to it than just a simple infection.

Along the way, Trayhern teams up with local police officer Capt. John 'Mac' McReady and Sarah, a young woman who has escaped from the quarantine zone around the infected town. Together, they try to uncover the truth behind the virus and find a way to stop it before it spreads and kills everyone in its path.

The movie begins with a brief opening sequence showing a group of teenagers exploring an abandoned military facility. They find what appears to be a vial of a strange virus, which they accidentally break, releasing the virus into the air. From here on out, the tension builds and the plot only thickens.

Maj. Anne Trayhern is a strong, determined, and intelligent character. She is committed to finding a cure for the virus and stopping it from spreading. David Lee Garver's character, Capt. John 'Mac' McReady, is a bit of a loose cannon at first. He and Trayhern butt heads on several occasions, but ultimately end up working together to solve the case. Katheryn Winnick's character, Sarah, is a survivor who escaped from the quarantine zone. She proves to be a valuable ally to Trayhern and McReady, despite her initial reluctance to trust them.

The movie is set in a small town in the middle of nowhere, which only adds to the claustrophobic feeling of the story. The town is in chaos due to the outbreak, with people running around wild, shooting guns, and setting things on fire. The filmmakers do an excellent job of creating a sense of unrest and unease throughout the movie.

Biohazardous is not a movie for the faint of heart. It is gory, violent, and disturbing in some places. The makeup and special effects are top-notch, with some truly gruesome scenes that will stick with viewers long after the credits have rolled.

Overall, Biohazardous is an entertaining and well-made horror-thriller that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats. The performances are strong, the story is engaging, and the scares are effective. It may not be a classic of the genre, but it is definitely worth a watch for those who enjoy a good outbreak movie.
