A psycho killer on the loose and his gory revenge: "Mad Dog" Crady escapes from prision psychiatry and now he wants his revenge on all the people who brought him into prison. Crady leaves a bloody trace throughout the city of Vienna. As a child he was locked into the basement by his parents. Now he uses the basement to torture his victims. Detective Johnson and Agent Stone have not much time left.
