Terry Artis' first documentary film. Its debut sold out the seats at the Tivoli Theare in University City, MO, during Black History Month, 2013. Artis was refused a second showing at that venue (basically banned). A bold and raw historical document, "BOOTLICKER" has only shown at only 4 screenings (3 private), and never been released to the public until now.
