During the time of war, poetry instructor Bill Nevins was fired for practicing and teaching freedom of speech in the areas that were not designated for it. After the arrest of Bill Nevins the public had a rude awakening of what the reality is in the government and protests began to dominate the streets. Protesters demanded the release of Bill Nevins, the right to practice free speech, and the right to practice free expression of art.
