Bryan (Boyd Conklin), a dying man, reflects on his life, while those who know him, try to save his life and his spirit. His loyal, long-time girlfriend, Jessica (Erika Toraya), who left him, now stands by him as he faces life or death. Bryan and his father, William (Thomas Holland), are both alcoholics who bring nothing but disruption to everyone around them.
