Wendell Graves, a young boy, witnesses the death of his parents in their home. Wendell escapes the brutal murders and goes to live with his aunt on her farm. The aunt convinces Wendell whoever moves into his deceased parent's home must be put to death the same way his parents died. When a young couple moves to town, they have no idea what awaits them. The couple finds out they were persuaded to buy this home from a crazy real estate agent. They must escape and leave the town and their new home before their life ends in brutal death.
