A powerful drug-trafficker, backed by a corrupt federal policeman, is in charge of slowing down his competition in the Gulf in order to become the only drug- trafficker of the region. However, he is in a constant ruthless war with the Commander-in-Chief of the PJF. This bloody confrontation becomes worse when the Commander discovers that one of his own officers is the one who strikes down these drug-traffickers.
