Sharad starts a new job and meets Mr. Rodrigues and Mr. Choudhury, two bosses with more than work on their minds. They are both trying to find husbands for their daughters. Choudhury takes Sharad to meet his daughter Heena, who falls in love with him. Shortly after, Rodrigues introduces his daughter to Sharad. Sharad is in love with his beautiful neighbor Renu. Sharad decides to spread rumors at work he's not of the best character, hoping his bosses will leave him alone. Unfortunately, Renu hears the rumors. Confusion abounds, as Sharad tries to reconcile with Renu, while keeping his bosses happy.
