Air Force Captain Tom Waters is one of four pilots who are part of a top secret Defense experiment that uses new virtual reality technology to improve flying skills. But the secretive project turns out to be more than just a simple simulator and things take a dark turn when two of the other men involved die under suspicious circumstances. Soon Waters begins to suspect that there is a conspiracy afoot and he may be the next target.
