Nearly 50 years after his passing and just when you thought every possible word could be written about who did what and why, yet another JFK conspiracy theory examination comes to the fore. This time it's “Frame 313”, which actually devotes little time to the Zapruder Film frame of the same name but does examine some of the more popular theories regarding who was responsible for JFK's demise including the single bullet scenario, the CIA/Mafia's role in the assasination, the plot of the Soviet Union/KGB, the possibility of a hit by the Mafia and the plans of Cuban rebels. Not every plot-thread gets equal screen time and not there is anything necessarily new to these who-dunnit examinations, but Frame 313 does make for stimulating viewing. The producers managed to corral some big names to participate--Cyril Wecht, Robert Groden, and Mark Lane--all prominent in JFK conspiracy circles and they do shed some light on the political climate of the times.
