Launched in 2010, Furry Vengeance is a US comedy movie revolving around family, the environment and its inhabitants. The movie stars Brendan Fraser, Brooke Shields, and Matt Prokop. Furry Vengeance runs approximately 92 minutes and was produced with a budget of $35 million. The movie grossed $36,200,000 at the Box Office. The storyline begins with a prairie dog shouting and presumably speaking after a land developer's car runs over him and throws a cigarette stick, which depicts the negligence towards the environment. Hearing of the incident, a raccoon stands still at the middle of the road, blocking the said car from passing. Before the vehicle could run over and kill the creature, the raccoon signals his fellow critter, a mink, to launch a boulder. The gigantic rock pummels the side of the car and throws it off a cliff. Frustrated and fearing for his life, the land developer quits from his company, which is owned by a man named Neal Lyman. To replace him, Lyman sends another land developer from Chicago. Dan Sanders, played by Brendan Fraser, arrives to the area with his wife, Tammy, and his son, Tyler. Dan is given the task of converting the forest from a lush and naturally diverse environment into a residential subdivision. This all occurs much to the disapproval of Tyler, who finds out that the area is a forest reserve. The animals taking shelter in the forest are not about to watch their home be ravaged. Led by a smart raccoon, the critters gather in the forest and devise a plan to stop the construction. They begin their attack with a crow that pecks on Dan's windows and roof and deters him from sleeping soundly. The animals also intervene by distributing the project's progress, intruding on his meetings, and even humiliating him. They also try to pull the same maneuver they did with the last land develop. Dan is thrown off a cliff and goes missing for some time, only to appear a mess.
