This film is about a successful business woman whose life spirals out of control due to her gambling addiction. At the beginning of the film she is a single parent in Florida but she meets a man and moves with him to Reno, Nevada. She has a great job but everything changes one day when she walks by a casino and decides to go inside and try a video poker machine. She quickly becomes addicted and starts stealing from her kids to pay for the habit. She continues to gamble and eventually embezzles money from her company to try and repay a large gambling debt.
