Green Day - Before The Idiot is a musical documentary which focuses on the group's success in 1993 before their future hits. The group Green Day was formed in 1986. In their early years, the group was performing in small venues and in local events in California. When the group got received a record deal in 1990, their first album didn't make much of an impact. Their record company felt that the group had potential and within the next two years, they went to Europe and start touring. When the next album was released in 1993, it was a success in the underground world. The following album Dookie was a commercial hit for the group and it was the beginning for Green Day.
