Hail Mary is a French movie. This movie follows Marie, who is a student and has a job working at a gas station owned by her father. She also plays for the basketball team. Marie states she is a virgin, and her boyfriend Joseph accepts this. When a stranger by the name of Uncle Gabriel comes to town, he tells Marie she will remain a virgin but become pregnant. He states she will give birth the God’ s son. Neither Marie nor Joseph believes this but Marie does become pregnant. Joseph believes Marie and they get married. After they are married Joseph still does not have sex with Marie. He loves her from a distance. She gives birth to a baby named Jesus. They raise him until he is old enough and leaves to take care of his father’s business.
