Hello is a 2008 Bollywood film that tells the story of a group of college friends who reunite years after graduation. The film focuses on the themes of friendship, love, and betrayal as the group navigates their personal and professional lives. The lead character of the film is a young man named Viju (played by Sharman Joshi) who returns to his hometown after a two-year absence. Viju is reunited with his childhood friends, Akash (played by Sohail Khan) and Sameer (played by Sharat Saxena), and the three of them begin to catch up on old times.

Viju also meets a young woman named Priyanka (played by Gul Panag), who he had a crush on in college. The two of them quickly hit it off and begin a romantic relationship.

However, Viju's happiness is short-lived as he discovers that his close friend, Akash, is in love with Priyanka as well. This leads to tension and conflict between the friends, as they struggle to come to terms with their feelings for her.

Meanwhile, Sameer is dealing with his own personal issues, including a failing business and a strained relationship with his wife. He turns to alcohol to cope with his problems, which only makes things worse.

As the story progresses, the group of friends finds themselves embroiled in a number of challenging situations, including a business deal gone wrong, a tragic accident, and the betrayal of a close friend. Through it all, they must rely on each other to come out on the other side.

The film is notable for its strong performances, particularly those of Sharman Joshi and Sohail Khan. Joshi brings a real depth and vulnerability to his portrayal of Viju, while Khan is equally impressive as the conflicted Akash.

Amrita Arora and Gul Panag also deliver solid performances, though their characters are not as fully developed as the male leads. Arora plays the role of Sameer's wife, who is struggling to hold their marriage together despite their problems, while Panag plays the object of Viju and Akash's affections.

The film is well-directed by Atul Agnihotri, who captures the emotions and struggles of the characters effectively. The screenplay, written by Chetan Bhagat and Renuka Kunzru, does a good job of balancing the humor and drama of the story.

Overall, Hello is a heartwarming and engaging film that will resonate with viewers who have experienced the joys and challenges of friendship. With its talented cast and strong storytelling, it is a must-watch for Bollywood fans.
