Ranjeet Chaddha, a middle aged, is a 'C' grade film maker and his only principle is 'Give & Take'. He gives roles to males only after taking money from them, and to females, only after having sex with them. He also fantasizes with any and every women he comes across in his daily life. During one of his movie, he meets a young girl called Mini who refuses to compromise and have sex with him, but she somehow manages to get a major role in his movie. Although he agrees not to have sexual relations with her, but is unable to forget it. During shoot of one of his movie, an untoward incident happens between him and Mini, which changes his life. What happens between them and how does it affect his future course of life ? This film is about the journey of a sex maniac.
