A devil has decided that he is coming to a big city in metropolitan India. To prepare for his arrival his human followers have constructed an elaborate palace which the devil will occupy for some time. The Devil has listed special requirements for the house, including a series of hallways which lead nowhere and a alter on the rooftop. The Devil arrives and requests all of his followers to assemble on the rooftop alter. The followers do so, and the devil proceeds to outline his plan for himself and his followers, and specifically what they will do to the city.
