Kadavul Irukaan Kumaru is a Tamil-language comedy film released in 2016. The movie features Anandhi, RJ Balaji, and Santhana Bharathi in prominent roles. They encounter several obstacles on the way, but they manage to find a way out of them all. During their trip, they run into a nagging wife of one of their friends in Bangkok, who tags along with them. They also cross paths with criminals who chase them through a chaotic chase. Meanwhile, Kumaru's girlfriend Nancy, who is worried about Kumaru's future, sets out to find him with her friend. Kumaru is unaware of their search and is busy trying to accomplish his father's last wishes. The comedy element in this movie is based on the different situations that Kumaru and his friends find themselves in while trying to fulfill the tasks. The trio gets into hilarious situations and arguments. They encounter new friends and foes but always manage to see the humor in them. Anandhi plays the lead female character in the movie, Nancy. She portrays the role of a caring girlfriend who is worried about her boyfriend's future. RJ Balaji plays the role of Kumaru's friend, George, who is equally immature as Kumaru. Santhana Bharathi plays the role of Kumaru's father, who sets the three tasks in his will for his son to acquire his wealth. Kadavul Irukaan Kumaru was directed by M. Rajesh and produced by T. Siva.
