Lustre is a dramatic film that was released in 2005. The movie follows the life of a man named Victor, who is struggling to get his life back on track after a series of misfortunes. The film is directed by Art Jones, and stars Victor Argo, Jordan Lage, Gordon Joseph Weiss, among others. The movie is set in New York City, and the first scene opens with Victor walking down a street, looking lost and defeated. He is an aging man, with a rugged face and a tough exterior. He is the epitome of a man who has been through a lot in life, and is trying hard to keep going.

Victor is homeless, and spends his days wandering the city, sleeping in parks and on benches. He has lost his family, his job, and his self-respect. However, he is not a bitter or angry man. He is simply resigned to his fate, and goes about his days in a daze. One day, he meets a young man named Mikey, who takes a liking to him. Mikey is a street punk, with a tough exterior like Victor. However, he sees something in Victor that he admires, and the two become friends.

Throughout the movie, we see Victor trying to make sense of his life, and trying to find a way back to the person he once was. He goes to a homeless shelter, where he meets a woman named Linda. Linda is a social worker, and she takes an interest in Victor. She sees something in him that she wants to help. Linda is patient and kind, and slowly but surely, she begins to break down the walls that Victor has erected around himself.

At the same time, Mikey is getting into trouble with the law. He is a drug dealer, and one day, he gets caught. Victor is devastated when he hears about Mikey's trouble, but he is also determined to try and help him.

Throughout the movie, we see flashbacks of Victor's life before he became homeless. We see him as a father and a husband, and we see how much he loved his family. We also see the events that led to his downfall, and we understand why he is in the position he is in.

The movie is beautifully shot, with scenes of New York City that are both gritty and beautiful. The music is haunting, and sets the tone for the movie perfectly. The acting is superb, with Victor Argo giving a particularly strong performance as Victor. He is able to convey so much emotion with just a look, and his performance is both heartbreaking and inspiring.

One of the themes of the movie is the idea of redemption. The characters in the movie have all made mistakes in their lives, but they are not beyond redemption. We see this in Victor, who is trying to get his life back on track, and in Mikey, who is trying to turn his life around as well. We also see it in Linda, who is dedicated to helping the homeless, and in the other characters in the movie who lend their support to Victor.

Overall, Lustre is a powerful and moving movie that explores the human condition in all its complexities. It is a reminder that no matter how difficult life may seem, there is always hope for redemption and a way out of the darkness.

Lustre is a 2006 drama with a runtime of 1 hour and 21 minutes. It has received moderate reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 6.5 and a MetaScore of 60.
