Maavichiguru is a Telugu film released in 1996, directed by S.V. Krishna Reddy and starred Jagapathi Babu, Aamani, and Ranjitha. The film tells the story of a happy family that gets torn apart by selfish interests. The movie starts with an intro of a happy family living in a village. The head of the family is Madhava Rao (Brahmanandam), who is very fond of his wife Sarada (Sakshi Ranga Rao) and they have three children–two sons, Raja (Jagapathi Babu) and Srinu (Rao Gopal Rao), and a daughter, Radha (Ranjitha). Raja and Srinu are very close to each other, while Radha is the darling of the family. They are living a peaceful life until the arrival of the dreaded Zamindar (Kota Srinivasa Rao).

The Zamindar is an evil man who has been eyeing Madhava Rao's land for a long time. He tries to intimidate the family into giving up their land, but Madhava Rao refuses to do so. The Zamindar then hatches a plan to create enmity between Raja and Srinu by pitting them against each other. He succeeds and the once-close brothers become bitter rivals.

In the meantime, Raja falls in love with a girl named Bhavani (Aamani). Bhavani also loves Raja but her father is opposed to their relationship as he is a poor farmer. He is also secretly in league with the Zamindar and is plotting to get Raja out of the way so that he can acquire the family land. The rest of the film revolves around how Raja, with the help of Radha and Bhavani, defeats the evil designs of the Zamindar and reunites with his brother Srinu.

The casting for this movie is spot on. Jagapathi Babu gives a remarkable performance as Raja, the elder brother who is torn between his love for his family and his desire for revenge. Aamani is equally impressive as Bhavani, the strong-willed girl who stands by Raja through thick and thin. Ranjitha shines as Radha, the innocent sister who gets caught in the crossfire. The supporting cast, including Kota Srinivasa Rao and Brahmanandam, also give their best performances.

The music for this film is another highlight. The songs are melodious and catchy, and perfectly capture the mood of the film. The cinematography is excellent, with beautiful vistas of the village and surrounding countryside captured with great skill.

The story of the film is captivating and it keeps you engaged from start to finish. The theme of the film is the importance of family values and the consequences of greed and selfishness. The message is conveyed in a subtle yet powerful manner.

Overall, Maavichiguru is a must-watch film for anyone who loves Telugu cinema. It has everything that one could want from a movie - great acting, melodious music, stunning cinematography, and a captivating story. It is a perfect example of how good storytelling can transcend language and cultural barriers.
