Watch Naga Phasa

The film centers on a group of citizens who have become upset with the increasing amount of crime in their city. The nature of the crime has taken on a new dimension wherein the citizen's homes are being vandalized with spray paint and windows broken, without any financial benefit being gained by the criminals for these actions. The citizens get together and have a community meeting, where they discuss these changes in society and the appropriate response to these actions. They invite a member of the criminal youth gang which has caused these problems to speak to their members.
