Cavanal Mountain, near Poteau, Oklahoma certainly has its share of history...and legends. The early French trappers and traders named it Cavanal (the French word for cavernous) for its many caves and sink holes. The early Native Americans they encountered viewed the mountain as sacred...and spoke of the deep groaning noises heard from its caves. A hotel stood at the top near the end of the 19th century...and burned. The occult and satanic rituals have long been rumored to occur at the peak. Join the crew as they investigate the lingering spirits...in their own hometown.
