Watch Once Upon A Time: Cast & Creators Live at PALEYFEST 2012

Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) must free the residents of Storybrooke from a curse that has left them unaware of their true identities as fairy-tale characters. This ABC series shifts between parallel storylines in the battle between good and evil. This William S. Paley Television Festival live event honors "Once Upon A Time," the dramatic fantasy series about the inhabitants of Storybrooke, Maine, who are unaware of their fairy-tale pasts thanks to an evil curse.

Matt Mitovich (editor-in-chief, TVLine.com) moderates the following panelists: series creators/executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz; executive producer Steve Pearlman; and cast members Raphael Sbarge (Archie Hopper/Jiminy Cricket), Robert Carlyle (Mr. Gold/Rumplestiltskin), Lana Parrilla (Regina Mills/The Evil Queen), Ginnifer Goodwin (Mary Margaret Blanchard/Snow White), Josh Dallas (David Nolan/Prince Charming), and Jennifer Morrison (Emma Swan).

The panelists touch on such topics as: the writing secret for balancing the worlds of real-life and fantasy; Goodwin's interest prior to the show in playing a Disney princess; and problems caused by the use of a "green stage" for fairy-tale scenes.

Questions from the audience then lead to a discussion of the following topics among others: the main challenge for the actors when tackling dual roles; the Queen's flamboyant wardrobe; how the show has changed the cast's view of "hope and faith."
