Rec Man is the story of James Braxton Jr. aka "Rec Man" He is a legend to the department and commumity at large due to his mastery of all things recreation. Rec Man fights to save the Andrew Young Community center from closure and battles a street gang known as the Out Cold Boyz. However, something far more sinister and deadly is at work and it's up to him, the staff and police to stop it!
