The trio encounters several challenges as they try to take down the bank owner. They encounter a group of rustlers who steal their horses, forcing them to walk miles to the nearest town. Upon arriving at the town, their first order of business is to get new horses. They eventually track down the rustlers and engage in a thrilling gunfight. The action sequence is well-choreographed and entertaining.

Stony, Tucson, and Lullaby eventually come up with a plan to get rid of Jim Marsden for good. They decide to rob the bank and use the money to pay off everyone's mortgage, including Lullaby's ranch.
