This film tells the story of two children who have been best friends from the second they met. They have been enjoying each others company every minute of every day. Some of their best times have been experienced inside their beloved sandbox. One afternoon the two children decide to build an elaborate society using the power of their imaginations. Their imaginations are so strong that they create a massive city filled with all kinds of life. However, as their city becomes too big pollution starts to cause a major problem within the community. Their lost teddy bear arrives at the scene and begins to help rid of the problem.
