Frank Swedlin is an investigative reporter who thinks he has seen it all, but it turns out that he has barely scratched the surface of all the shenanigans that occur in the dark underbelly of society. The bumbling journalist is about to get a major education as he travels to London to follow the trail of international espionage. While he is there, he will get tangled up in a seedy world of con artists and murderers, and his travels will also take him to a rock concert, all in pursuit of a great story that he can share with America.
