Everything was perfect for Jack, a New York City cop and accomplished martial artist, until he is almost killed in the line of duty. Jack's Brother works at the Pentagon, where experiments are being conducted to create a superhuman warrior with microchips that control the brain. Desperate to save his brothers life, and in a procedure never before tested on humans, he steals the microchip and implants it into his brother Jack. Finding this out, Getty, a mysterious character working in the research lab masterminds a series of secret experiments on Jack, testing his superhuman abilities. Tensions mount as other parts of the military are involved, including the General who helps run the secret operation, the Colonel who controls the research department, a hired assassin, Jack's girlfriend who works for the New York City Police, and the FBI who is running its own game of cat and mouse. But who is really in control of the operation and what consequences might it bring?
