This movie follows the story of a man who is the almighty ruler of a small village. He has been bestowed with the title of a ruler in this small village, and he absolutely loves the power and the attention that comes with the role. However, despite his status as a leader in the community, the people of the village cannot help but look at him with great disdain, as he is viewed as being nothing more than a drunk man who was fortunate enough to have a great power given to him. In addition to him being a drunk, the only desire he has is to secure the lust of a young woman in the village.
