Hiding behind a human looking puppet and feeling a bit homesick for his beloved planet Nebroxia, Boogerbrain builds a robot friend who tries to destroy Snottsville. Boogerbrain's scientist neighbor's lab monkeys, Jay and Bonehead, and son, Herman Jr., attempt to stop him but continuously flub it up.
