Slipstream is a sci-fi adventure film set in a dystopian future. The movie takes place in a world that has been ravaged by environmental disasters and is now the home of ruthless scavengers and megalomaniacal warlords engaged in violent turf wars. The film follows the journey of two bounty hunters, Matt Owens (Bob Peck) and Byron James (Mark Hamill), who are on a mission to find a fugitive named Byron (Kitty Aldridge), who possess vital information that can bring balance back to the post-apocalyptic society.

Matt Owens is a gruff, no-nonsense bounty hunter who operates at the fringes of society. He is constantly on the move, taking on jobs from anyone who can pay him, and has little regard for the consequences of his actions. Byron James, on the other hand, is a more introspective character. He is a former lawman who has lost his way and is now looking for redemption. Together, they are tasked with finding Byron, a renegade rebel with information that can change the world.

As they search for Byron, they encounter a host of dangerous characters, including violent gangs, ruthless warlords, and a sentient android named Ariel (voiced by F. Murray Abraham). They soon discover that there is a lot more at stake than just finding one fugitive. They become embroiled in a power struggle that threatens to tear the world apart. The fate of humanity hangs in the balance.

Slipstream is a visually stunning film that features breathtaking landscapes and elaborate sets. It is a movie that explores themes of morality, redemption, and the consequences of our actions. The performances of the cast are excellent, with Bob Peck and Mark Hamill delivering outstanding performances as the two mismatched bounty hunters. F. Murray Abraham also shines as the android Ariel, who is a complex and nuanced character.

The movie has some impressive action sequences and thrilling chase scenes that keep the audience on the edge of their seats. The world that is created in Slipstream is a brutal and unforgiving place, and the film does an excellent job of conveying the sense of desperation and hopelessness that pervades this world.
