Song without words for flute and piano (i.e. for keyboard-flute and keyboard-piano). This was composed on the spot, and this recording has not been altered in any way. Despite the odd double-take, this performed is largely flawless, and the music, though spontaneous, is controlled, intelligent, and erudite---but also subtly playful.
