Star Time is a film that was released in 1992. It is considered to be a thriller/mystery film and was filmed in America. An agent decides to make a deal with the misfit by telling him that he will make him a television star under the condition that he goes out and murders specific people. In the end, this makes him become known as "The Baby Mask Killer".
