Watch Stuck in the Pit

Whitney has been working hard to get her Yurchenko vault back on track after her ankle injury. The Yurchenko vault is the vault needed to compete in USA Gymnastics level 8. Here Whitney practices flipping into the foam pit. Sometimes it is very difficult to get out of the pit, especially when your head is stuck at the bottom.
