In the movie "Stung," a group of people gathers for a fancy garden party at a secluded mansion. Julia (Jessica Cook) and Paul (Matt O'Leary) are the caterers in charge of the event. Paul has a crush on Julia, but she only sees him as a friend. As the night progresses, guests start to mingle, drinks are served, and everyone appears to be having a good time.

However, things take a turn for the worse when giant wasps invade the party. The wasps have mutated and are now the size of small cars. They sting anyone in their way, causing the people to swell up and turn into giant wasps themselves.

Julia and Paul must find a way to survive the attack and save the remaining guests, including the hostess's son, Sydney (Clifton Collins Jr.), who is in danger of turning into a wasp after being stung. Lance Henriksen plays Caruthers, a mysterious old man who offers his knowledge and experience in eliminating the killer wasps.
