One of the first-ever hip hop singles, The Sugarhill Gang's highly-catchy 'Rapper's Delight' was also the first to cross over into the pop mainstream, becoming an international hit in 1979. It went on to sell over eight million copies. That all-time classic closes this exciting concert, recorded at the 1998 Lokerse Jazz Festival, in which the group also feature their two other highly-influential hits, '8th Wonder and 'Apache'. The set also features two other pioneering hip hop anthems singles recorded by contemporary rap outfit, Grandmaster Flash, 'The Message' and 'White Lines'. Features a special guest appearance from Grandmaster Melle Mel. This is the specially remixed version of the concert with added visual effects.
