Supermerle is Djane, a Techno DJ. A fixture of the Berlin experimental electronic music scene, she plays records at gatherings in the dilapidated houses of East Berlin. The city lends its character to her tunes and her awareness of life and our camera is able to capture this subliminal interaction. What shy Supermerle does not say in words, she says with her hands.
