This art film visits the topic of pain. The viewer feels like they are listening in on a private conversation...maybe one that they not supposed to be hearing. The person talking is a medical doctor who is discussing his attitudes toward dealing with medical issues which all have deep moral consequences. He could be your father or grandfather but as the conversation unfolds the viewer's perception of him begins to change. Dark and disturbing this film is a provocative and uncomfortable look at pain.
