Nora and Richard, in turn, realize that they need the help of an American to promote Chinese martial arts in America. They team up and form a partnership to fight against the mafia and to promote Chinese martial arts.

Bruce Li gives a brilliant performance as Bruce Lee, and his skill as a martial artist is on full display in this film.
