The Enforcer is the third film in the Dirty Harry series. Robbers hold up a liquor store, taking hostages in the process and demanding a get-away car with a police radio. But they don’t get far with Inspector Harry on the scene. The inspector is accused of using excessive force and faces reprimand for it. Harry is not happy with the position he has been placed into, especially when he finds out three new inspectors are placed into the force, who just happen to be female. The main female character lacks experience in the field, giving Inspector Harry the impression that she will not be able to perform the duties assigned to her.
