The USA Today Network dispatched more than 20 reporters and visual journalists to document a single week - June 24 to June 30 - in the life of the border. They reported from the fringes of Guatemala, the National Palace in Mexico City, migrant shelters on the Mexican border, Border Patrol missions in the Rio Grande Valley, Los Angeles immigration courts and halls of power in Washington, D.C.
