Watch The Pinnacle

This is a documentary movie about two different pairs of mountain climbing teams. The first team managed the feat of six first winter climbs on Ben Nevis. The second team attempts to follow in their footsteps. In 1960, Marshall and Smith decided to make six different ascents on Ben Nevis. They did these climbs one after another, on consecutive days. They even managed to get arrested and released during that time. Their work astonished many.

Fifty years later, MacLeod and Turner are trying to match their climbs. They will go up all the same faces and try to make each ascent in one day.
